MY EXPERIENCE
I began to explore creative retro style short form videos in 2019, pioneering trends such as the “outfits inspired by ___” and “styles through the decades” style videos.
For 3 years I established a personal identity and following on TikTok & Instagram ammassing over 750,000 followers on TikTok and still hold an engagement of over 3 mil new viewers on Instagram posting personal curated content & projects.
In 2021 I went to University for film studies & production and pivoted from socials to studies. Through my education I developed my video production skills to a professional level and now work as Cloak & Dagger NYC’s creative content producer & social media manager as well as a freelance filmmaker.
Growing up with the internet from 2016 to present allowed me to develop a unique understanding of how media is consumed — both as a creator and consumer. From curated Tumblr pages I ran as a teenager to the rapidly changing algorithms of instagram and TikTok that I adapt to still, my current style of content creation balances trend and personal taste. I dislike cookie-cutter content and bring to the table exciting nad authentic content.
